The Barolo D.O.C.G. Bel Colle wine comes from the union of several parcels of Nebbiolo: after aging in oak barrels of five years.

Perfume: broad, ethereal, persistent and the fragrance of flowers and fruits is mixed with hints of spices and essences.
Taste: dry, immense, robust but velvety and harmonious.
 
This wine prefers main courses based on red meat, game and mature cheeses.
It is advisable to consume it at room temperature 18-20 ³ C, taking care to decant it.
