Osteria del Podestà was born from the idea of 3 friends from Bologna. It is a few steps from Piazza Maggiore.
The bruschetta, the tagliatelle, the friggione, the tagliere, the fried mortadella & other delicacy.
The Bolognese tradition provides for green lasagna, layers of Bolognese ragù sauce and bechamel.
It's the presence of ragù that makes them inimitable
The bechamel sauce was born in Italy, at the Medici court
Legend tells that Tagliatelle were invented by the Bolognese master chef Zefirano in 1487.
