Typical of Emilia , the Tenerina is a crunchy crust that covers a soft heart of melting chocolate.
At the Osteria del Podestà we make it with rice flour, to do it lighter and we combine it, at the customer's request, with a curl of Mascarpone or cream but it is also very good without creams.
It is a simple, rich, romantic and delicious dessert.
