Tagliere is a selection of meat, as salami, ham, mortadella and a mix of cheeses, all served on a wooden cutting board.

It is traditional to combine the Tagliere with the piada, a flatbread cooked in a pan & tigella.

On a wooden chopping board we spread thin slices of prosciutto - raw ham -, cooked ham, spicy salami, local salami, pink salami and mortadella.

To the meat we can add a mix of sheep and cow cheeses from Emilia Romagna and Tuscany.
