The tortelloni? Another story …
Tortelloni - in Bologna they are also known as Balanzoni, with mortadella and ricotta filling - are larger than tortellini and can have different fillings that often depend on the season.
At the Osteria del Podestà you can find tortelloni stuffed with ricotta and mortadella, or stuffed with pumpkin or ricotta, walnut and gorgonzola. Everything depends on the ingredients offered by the season and on the creativity of our chef.
